Had used live chat to complain about a non delivery of boots. After being unsympathetic and coming across as not giving a s**t the call was ended with " i shall pass your comments on. Have a nice day ". Actually fuming right now!!!! I spend alot of money with this company but I am done now. Plenty of other places to shop.

Ordered a pair of shoes, came damaged, so sent them back. Still waiting 11 days later for my refund (11 days since they signed for them and have them back). Excuse after excuse from customer advisors, I can appreciate they abide by the rules they have been set. But unfortunately this doesn’t cut it and I will be contacting my bank to step in. Very sorry that I had to leave this bad review as most of my experiences with schuh in store have been positive. All my online experiences have been very bad and this is just the last straw for me.

My self and 2 friends went into the swansea branch in the quadrant well what a fab place to shop the staff were absolutely so professional quite a young team but their customer service was 10 out of 10 well done schuh swansea

Bria was our sales assistant @ Nottingham Clumber Street & she was excellent throughout in advising on the product purchased through to the end sale. Very happy with product purchased & customer care received

JUST A MOCKERY from UPS and SCHUH!I have purchased shoes from Schuh on 6th of January, that had to be delivered by the currier UPS. Waited for few weeks, around 19th of January contacted UPS. Package lost, do a claim. Filled form, errors occurred, can’t fill it so contacted UPS customer service never replied. Got and update that address required, registered on the site updated address. Nothing. Contacted directly schuh on 25 January they filled a claim and process going till now.... Called UPS, they said the package never been delivered because they had no address nor contacts. Updated all that, I was promised that package will be delivered on 5th of February. Never came. Update came that address information is missing again! Contacted them again on 18 February, same story package will he delivered. I asked if I can get the address where is the package so I could go myself and collect it, no they don't know the address!!! Still waiting... No money no package. So don't know whom to blame UPS or SCHUH but both just wasting my time and nerves. It is their responsibility to replace or refund order, that I never been suggested! A big disappointment from schuh too because they don't care about their customers.

Terrible customer service / RETURNS “ sorry it’s policy! Have a nice evening “ ‘it is what it is “ When you state you have made orders in the last year . “Because you have not registered your account , you will be charged to return your delivery!” It’s the choice of words and lack of understanding. Terrible . Said I wouldn’t use again . Started to get irritated ? (the advisor ) was like an online arguement . Terrible . I was one to say ‘ enough said , goodbye “ learn some personal / customer skills . Choice of words unprofessional ! You don’t argue with customers !

Ordered Sunday night delivered this morning to Ireland a day earlier than courier stated. No customs charges which is greatly appreciated!

I had a really good experience with Schuh, I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on different occasions and both experiences were amazing. I was kept up to date with emails from start to finish with my delivery. Was packaged really well. Affordable prices and the sales they had were really worth it. Would definitely recommend:)))

Great Customer service . Called this morning to speak with them and Tayler sorted my query quickly and efficiently. Got a text to review her but it seems not to go through so I’m leaving my review here.

I generally shop for everything online but I had some vouchers I wanted to spend on some Vans that had to be used in store. Did my research and Schuh were offering a good price so I went to the Bristol store in Cabot Circus. It was quite busy but the young team of staff had everything under control. They were so helpful with a lovely pleasant attitude-they genuinely seemed to be happy and motivated being there. Would have no hesitation going there again and I would like to pass on my thanks to them for making my dreaded trip a pleasant experience

Hands down the worst shopping experience of my life... first time shopping with this company and definitely will be the last. Do not have a good word to say about this company! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company for my son for school. Neither pair was suitable so I returned both pairs together in same package via royal mail- royal mail return was 11pounds as this was due to being medium size parcel and insured up to 100poinds to cover the value of shoes.
Schuh recieved my return and emailed me to confirm this- the first mistake was them stating it was returned via collect plus and they were going to deduct 2.50 from my return. I emailed to say this was not my method of return- they apologised and refunded me the 2.50.
Then I noticed they only refunded for one pair... I contacted them to confirm when other refund was being processed- they stated they only recieved 1 pair? This is not possible as I know what I sent. 2 pairs together. After several emails saying they are not at fault- saying stock levels show other pair not received. At this point I'm very frustrated as I still am waiting on 50pounds return. I provided my proof of postage thinking this will resolve this matter but NO! Still trying to get out of it and keep my money! They said weight on receipt shows 1.56kg so that means only 1 pair returned! I asked during your investigation of this what did my shoes weigh? They could not provide this information... so how did they come to this conclusion that other pair was not returned? They are saying an average pair of shoes weigh 1kg... I said an average does not reflect onto my case and I wanted this investigated further and to speak to manager! I said the both pair of shoes I returned should of been weighed to get true figures not just calming off my complaint and trying to keep my money... waiting on making a call today to try again to get this resolved. One week later stressful week- making emails and calls in between working all
